One of those things I enjoy:

-I like to sing.
-I tend to be shy when it comes to singing.
-I have a fairly broad vocal range.
-It tends to be on deeper side though.
-I can sing Blake Shelton songs like no tomorrow.
-I can sing Taylor Swift fairly well.
-I am too self critical.
-I can't sing very high.
-When it comes to Carrie Underwood or Martina McBride I just can't seem to hit the high notes
-I was once told by a PCCA student while wandering around singing on school campus thinking nobody was around that I have a really good voice. I looked at them like they were crazy. My thought process was along the lines of "Me, sing well? You've got the wrong chick. Either that or you're tone deaf. You can't be saying I sing well. Maybe it's a faux compliment. They can't REALLY mean I sing well."
-Many people have complimented me on it over the years.
-Did I believe them? Of course not.
-The person that finally was able to sink it into my sometimes thick skull is my best friend of 5 years and I am proud to call her my sister even it's by blood.
-I am still somewhat self conscious of my singing.
-The times I get most self conscious of my singing abilities seems to be the times when it makes the least sense.
-Such as in church and all the other women have higher voices than me and I can't pull it off and then I get stared at.
- I love singing while driving somewhere.
-I sit in the passenger's seat blast the music and sing to my heart's content.
-As I type this I am in the car in the mountains singing along to Blake Shelton.
